A historic cornerstone of our community has gone through a beautiful transformation.
The stately brick building has stood on the East side of Elmwood's Central Park for generations. Originally designed as a hotel in 1912 it has served many uses for the community over the years. In 1986 it became senior living facility and a symbol of hospitality and community. One Five Ventures purchased Elm Haven in 2019 with seniors in mind and have transformed the historic building to a lovely living community for active seniors.
Tours of Elm Haven Place are available by appointment or you can join them for their scheduled Tuesday coffee or lemonade Thursdays. A tradition of hospitality being continued.
You will be amazed at the quality and comfort of the completely updated facility.
Located on the square in Elmwood, the views of Central Park are lovely and residents are a short walk to restaurants, shopping, the Palace Theater, and located less than one mile from Maple Lane Country Club and a game of golf or a nice swim.
