Bees and Blooms:To our Valued Customers: Yes, Bees and Blooms is still taking orders & delivering flowers but after great deliberation, we have decided that it's best for the health of our customers and us, that we close the showroom door to our walk-in customers for now. We can still be reached by phone at 742-2337, for a delivery and or any funeral needs. We will also be taking extra precautions for deliveries which we will tell you when placing an order. I am so sorry for the disruption to the showroom but with the help of our community, I pray that all of our customers and our small businesses can get through this unfortunate situation & we will all need each other's help to recover from all that is happening around us! Dawson Chiropractic:Dawson Chiropractic is open and available to serve all your chiropractic needs. We are doing all CDC protocols to ensure that our ENVIRONMENT is SAFE AND CLEAN.Table cleaning: All facial and hand contact areas of tables are cleaned in front of you as they always have been. General cleaning of facility: this includes disinfecting of inner and outer door knobs, front desk areas, reception room chairs after every patient. including our restroom. We have removed all reading materials and toys from our waiting room area, we are using single use ball point pens, take and re-use at home or dispose of it properly. We are limiting patient waiting area to one patient in waiting area. Our office hours are reduced to Monday and Friday from 9-5 (we do accommodate our hours). Dollar General Info from a post on a better Elmwood: Just to let people know, Dollar General is not closing. I know some people got confused about the signs we put up. We are consider an essential! The only thing is that now we are closing an hour early. We usually close at 9pm but we are now closing at 8pm due to everything that has been happening. With how busy we have been the past couple of weeks, it’s been hard to keep everything in stock and to do our normal stuff. Closing an hour early gives us that time to catch up on that. Sorry for the confusion. If anyone has any concerns just please come in and ask

To all our valuable customers and volunteers of the New 2 U Community Thrift Store of Elmwood,IL.It's always been the foundational value and priority of the New 2 U Community Thrift Store to keep our customers, volunteers, and community safe. With that, we are taking precautions during the current epidemic and closing the store temporarily.Effective immediately we will not be open for business. March, 17th - March, 31st. We will continue to do Curbside Services at both clinics until further notice.
What does that mean?? When you get to the clinic PLEASE call and let us know you have arrived and we will come to the car, receive your pet(s); we will take them into the clinic, Dr. Janelle will do their services and we will return your pet(s) to your car.
We have been doing the Curbside Services for nearly 7 weeks and assure you that pets are doing GREAT!!! We will be using our own leashes for your pet, so we ask you to help put our leash on your pet for us.
We ask that Cats are in a carrier for easier handling!!
Water Department, City of Elmwood: In recognition of the Illinois Commerce Commission Mandate, the City of Elmwood will not be enforcing any water disconnection notices due to late or non payment for the month of March, as well as forgiving any late fees that accrue for the month of April. The City supports the initiative and we are committed in providing clean available water. Notices will still be sent out to let residents know that their bill is delinquent but NO SHUTOFFS or late fees will be assessed. We will disperse further information as we recieve it.
